Expert Engineer for model-based automotive software development (m/f/d)

We are looking for…

Aside from a degree (Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D.) in engineering, computer science, or a related field with proven experience in Simulink auto-code generation, can you demonstrate profound professional experience? Is the development of AUTOSAR components for ASW or CDD among your core competencies? Do you have experience with Vector automotive tools (e.g., CANoe) and are capable ofdeveloping embedded systems in C/C++? Does your pronounced customer focus help you understand, coordinate, and develop tailored solutions for complex requirements? Are you familiar with automotive safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, DO 178) and have experience applying them in development projects? Moreover, do you have a solid understanding of electronics and can handle complex schematics? Do you independently drive your projects forward, placing great emphasis on effective teamwork and possessing good communication skills? Is thinking "Out of the Box" standard for you, being innovative and curious? Do you think like an entrepreneur and have the courage to make decisions? Then we urgently need to talk!

Your tasks

• You design and evaluate new solution options for specific needs of platform-independent automotive software and system developments and take on the prototyping.
• You conceptualize and develop algorithms and controllers.
• You create innovative technical concepts (focus on automotive & off-road mobility systems) and preferably use model-based development methods.
• You work closely with colleagues from system architecture and product development.
• As part of project initiation, you engage in discussions with customers, developing a deep understanding and new ideas for their technical requirements and challenges.
