We are looking for…

You have successfully completed training as an event manager or have a degree in event management, marketing, communication or advertising. With your creativity and the ability to implement ideas quickly, purposefully and independently, you are in good hands in a creative team as a marketing all-rounder. Initial experience with analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Sistrix will enable you to derive strategic decisions from the collected data. Your strong hands-on mentality and excellent organizational skills make you a valuable team member. Practical experience in event management and/or online marketing is an advantage. You are also a team player with excellent communication skills in German and English.

Your tasks

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote company growth
• Creating, editing and optimizing high-quality content for various online platforms and marketing channels
• Planning and implementing campaigns across various digital channels (email marketing, newsletters, SEO/SEM, social media and display)
• Planning and implementation of national and international trade fairs and events
• Analyzing campaign performance using digital analysis tools and identifying optimization opportunities
• Supporting the racing team in organizing customer events on race weekends for the company's own racing series
• Supervision of sponsoring events, support in the acquisition of partners and close cooperation with key accounts and sales representatives for brand-appropriate presentation at events
• Development and implementation of targeted training and education concepts for our Academy project
• Organization of employee incentives, from fitness and health offers to festive Christmas parties
• Collaboration with the marketing and communication departments of the group and the management
